You can easily manage contacts as stakeholders in your projects and processes. For this, they are created only once and can be organized in multiple cases in different roles. These roles can be used for coordination for you, as well as for automation in your processes and templates.

Efficiently manage contact data
Depending on your use case, the necessary properties of your contacts will vary, e.g. for applicants, employees, interested parties of your product or cooperation partners. Pertuniti therefore allows you to manage your own properties in addition to predefined basic information.
In most contact management applications, you change the order of address data by deleting and re-entering. In Pertuniti, you can reorder physical addresses, phone numbers and email addresses via drag & drop.
Sometimes you need additional indicators or markers for contact data. In Pertuniti, you can organize them flexibly for physical addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
Contact details such as addresses, phone numbers, affiliations, and email addresses change over time. In Pertuniti, you can view all versions of contacts and retrospectively understand why you used specific contact information.
Your own workflow
Contacts only need to be created once and are available for numerous applications. For example, you can process a simple personnel posting even without a big process: Incoming application documents can be easily edited via properties for the incoming document. Only later in the process, you should create cases for new hires.
